Life Long Learners Child Development Center was created from a place many parents know well fear, uncertainty, and the deep responsibility of choosing the right care for your child.
In 2011, our founder welcomed her youngest child 13 weeks premature. Weighing just 2 lbs 3 oz, her daughter spent her first three months in the NICU. During that time, finding child care wasn’t just about convenience it was about trust, safety, and knowing her child would be deeply cared for.
That experience changed everything. Our founder stepped away from her corporate career and followed a calling to support children and families during the most important years of development.
Later experiences within our founder’s family reinforced a powerful truth — emotional strength doesn’t magically appear in adulthood. It is nurtured from the very beginning.
At Life Long Learners, we guide children in understanding their feelings, building confidence, and developing resilience — skills that support mental health for a lifetime.
Our main goal is to teach children to be curious and love to learn. It is our hope that we instill this love of learning so children grow into Life Long Learners. In addition, we want them to have a solid emotional and academic foundation when they go off to kindergarten.
We do our best to take all the great things about center-based care and in-home care and combine them. Because we spend so much time with these children, we want to ensure that we utilize every second with them as productively as possible. It is our ambition for Life Long Learners to be one of the predominant child development centers in the area.
Our program is built around the concept that children are born ready to learn and the first five years of life are the most important time in brain development. We strive to create a learning environment that is safe, stimulating, encouraging, and child-led. We value each child and each employee as unique individuals and take pride in promoting each child’s individual social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
We are dedicated to providing two things:
A safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment for all children. We encourage children to follow their natural desire to explore, discover, create, and become life long learners.
An amazing work environment for our employees. This is a journey we are all taking together, where everyone’s opinions, values, ideas, and input matter. Teamwork, respect, and laughter are a must at Life Long Learners.
It is our mission to provide the highest quality care for children. Our vision is to create an environment where children are free to imagine, be inspired, and explore and where teachers truly love to come to work. It is our goal to be the highest-paying childcare center in the county to attract and retain the highest caliber of teachers. Together, we will create experiences for each child that truly lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
In one word, our mission is IMPACT.
The lotus flower rises from muddy waters each day to bloom beautifully no matter what lies beneath.
This reflects our belief that every child, regardless of their challenges, holds limitless potential.
Each day is a fresh beginning, and every child deserves the chance to rise.
We want children to grow with curiosity, confidence, and kindness and parents to feel supported every step of the way.
The care children receive today shapes the adults they become tomorrow. We’re honored to be part of that journey.
