Infants & Toddlers

Infants (6 weeks-15 months)

This is the beginning of an amazing journey for your baby! In addition to lots of cuddling and love, we will guide them through all of their milestones and help them develop their love for learning. This childcare road will include lots of play and a focus on gaining knowledge through the five senses. We teach both the infants and toddlers basic sign language and utilize books and music to develop vocabulary. Communication with parents is so important! We utilize an app called ‘Brightwheel’ to keep you updated on what your child is doing while they are at our center. It will include information such as feeding times, type/amount of foods eaten, diaper changes, any medications that were administered, and other details about the child’s day through pictures and videos!

Toddlers (15-24 months)

The toddlers are beginning to learn how to participate in organized group activities such as music, story time, arts and crafts, etc. At our child center, we learn through purposeful play and the children enjoy hands on activities. We love to get messy!

Here is a small glimpse of the fun stuff we do to assure your children are reaching their developmental goals:

  • Activities that require taking turns

  • Lots of dramatic play

  • Books to increase vocabulary

  • Music to develop large muscle control

  • Focus on social emotional skills
